Peonies are the kind of plant that like sufficient light. Receiving sufficient light during the growth period is conducive to the differentiation of flower buds. If the environment is dark, it will affect the flowering of the plant. It is usually placed in a sunny place to be exposed to the sun all day, but in summer, it should be slightly shaded to prevent the leaves from losing water due to exposure to the sun, thus affecting the photosynthesis of the plant.
Peony flowers need nutrients, so fertilize them in time. Generally, organic fertilizer is used as fertilizer, which can supplement more comprehensive nutrients and will not cause fertilizer damage due to partial application. In addition, after the plant is budding, it can also play a very good role in promoting flowers by supplementing phosphorus and potassium fertilizer.
