Humboldt Redwoods State Park
The Humboldt Redwoods State Park is the largest contiguous forest of old-growth coastal redwoods in the world. The tallest one in the forest, named after the Greek mythological Titan "Hyperion", is nearly 380 feet high.
Amazon Rainforest
The Amazon rainforest spans Brazil, Colombia, and Peru, and the forest occupies almost half of the entire continent. As the largest tropical rainforest on Earth, the Amazon is home to more than 60,000 species of plants and 2,500 species of animals, including 1,300 species of birds. Unfortunately, deforestation, industrialization, fires, and climate change are putting the Amazon (and all the plants and animals in it) at risk of disappearing.
Eastern Australian Temperate Forests
The Eastern Australian temperate forests are located in the state of Queensland in eastern Australia. It has a history of at least hundreds of millions of years and is one of the oldest rainforest areas on Earth. It not only raises many endangered rare animals and plants but also records the main process of biological evolution in the long years. It's like a history book of Earth's bioenrichment in itself.
Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve
The Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve is located in Costa Rica. Here is a paradise of trees and a green country. Here you can feel what is called fresh air. The trees here are very lush. As soon as you walk in, you feel that the top of your head is covered with heavy greenery, which almost covers all the light, giving people a sense of isolation and refinement. Build a suspension bridge between the mountain stream and the lush trees, and walk gently on the maroon suspension bridge, feeling the thrill of shock and the sense of victory over fear.
Daintree Rainforest
The Daintree Rainforest is Australia's longest and widest-spanning tropical rainforest, stretching to the Queensland coast. The rainforest is the oldest surviving rainforest in the world and is of stunning natural beauty. Much of the rainforest is covered by the Queensland Wetlands World Heritage Site, which continues to white-sand beaches, coral reefs, rugged mountains, gorges, rivers, and spectacular waterfalls.
Crooked Forest in Poland
The Crooked Forest, located outside the boundaries of Czarnowo state in Poland, is like a painting by the surrealist painter Salvador Dali. For 80 years, it has been a tourist attraction for tourists. In the forest area, there is an old grove. There are 400 pine trees planted in the former German province of Pomerania around 1930 in the forest. The origin of the name of the Crooked Forest seems to be related to the plasticity of human tools or technology to some extent, but the motivation and method are not yet known.
