Yellow-green belt: The level between the yellow-green belt, where the trainer's technique continues to improve.


Green belt: The green belt is the color of plants, representing that the practitioner's taekwondo skills are flourishing and their taekwondo skills are constantly improving.


Green-blue belt: The transition zone from green to blue belt, the level of practitioners is between the green belt and blue belt.


Blue Ribbon: With continuous training, the practitioner's taekwondo skills have gradually matured, and the practice of taekwondo has been completely introduced.


Blue-red belt: The cultivator's level is slightly higher than the blue belt, slightly lower than the red belt, and between the blue belt and the red belt.

1. Taekwondo clothing.


Taekwondo's clothing is called Dofu, and its style and color are specific.


The color of the belt is different, and its color can distinguish the level of the athlete.


2. The venue for taekwondo.


The taekwondo competition venue is a horizontal barrier-free square venue, 12 meters long and 12 meters wide.


The floor of the venue should be a flexible cushion. The area in the center of the field with a length of 8 meters and a width of 8 meters is the competition area, and the rest are the warning area.


The surfaces of the warning area and the competition area are divided by two different colors, and the same color is divided by a white line 5 cm wide.


3. Taekwondo competition time.


Each Taekwondo match is divided into three rounds of three minutes each, with a one-minute rest between rounds.


4. Parts that are allowed to be attacked in taekwondo competitions.


In taekwondo competitions, the parts allowed to be attacked include above the hipbone to below the collarbone and two ribs, but the parts of the back that are not protected by protective gear are not allowed to attack.
